All the accused including Neeru Tiger have been acquitted in the case of kidnapping a youth from Aligarh city Gandhi Park Etah Chungi and killing him in Hasayan area and burning his body. The testimony of the only eyewitness in the court was considered doubtful and the charges could not be proved even on the basis of circumstantial evidence. All the accused were acquitted on this basis by the Additional Sessions Court.

This incident is of 27th March 2011 in Gandhi Park police station area of ​​the city. Nagendra Singh has registered a case of kidnapping. He said that his brother-in-law Vikas alias Neetu, resident of Etah Chungi, was taken away by his friend Neeru Tiger, resident of Akarabad Nagariya Patti Chaharam Hall, Gopi Mill Compound, saying that he has to get his loan amount back. Both of them left the house on Neetu’s bike, and Neetu did not return. When he went to Neeru’s house in the evening and asked, the family did not give any answer and Neeru was also not found.

In this case, the police started investigation on the basis of the kidnapping case and arrested Neeru and revealed that Neetu was taken to Nagla Dond in Hasayan in a Maruti car. Where she was shot dead at night and her body was burnt. Later, the police recovered Neetu’s bike from the car and the station parking. It was revealed that Neeru Tiger carried out this incident along with her companions Rishpal, Vicky and Raghuraj of Nagla Dond. Neeru’s mother’s name was also revealed in this.

Charge sheet was filed in the case. According to defense lawyer Durgesh Chandra Gautam, during the trial in the case, apart from the family of the deceased Neetu and the plaintiff, an eyewitness from Hasayan area was presented. He accepted seeing the murder in the dark of the night and recognizing the four. The court considered it doubtful on some questions during the debate. No other eyewitness was presented. Circumstantial evidence also could not prove the incident. On this basis, the court acquitted everyone. Prosecution lawyer Amar Singh Tomar said that an appeal will be made in this case.
