There are many benefits of eating almond strips. Peanuts are called winter nuts. Jaggery is also considered very beneficial for health in the winter season. This is the reason why people buy peanuts i.e. almond bars from the market and enjoy winter by eating them.

Patti is prepared by adding almonds in syrup of jaggery and sugar.
Artisan Mohd. resident of Bhabua. Kalamuddin told that to make almond patti, syrup is first prepared from a mixture of jaggery and sugar. The syrup is ready within 10 minutes. 5 to 6 kg of pre-roasted almonds are kept.

Add soda to the syrup prepared from the mixture of jaggery and sugar and then add pre-roasted almonds to that syrup and mix it in the pan. When it is mixed well it is taken out. After this, it is poured on a stone and spread with the help of a rolling pin. When it spreads completely, cut it with a knife in the shape of barfi. Then they pack it in plastic and sell it. 10 to 12 kg almond bars are prepared at one time.

Almond strip is sold for Rs 200 per kg
Artisan Mohd. Kalamuddin told that about 20 to 25 kg of almond bars are sold in a day. The price of one kg almond strip is Rs 200. He told that almond patti is also excellent in taste. Due to which the charm of Badam Patti remains intact all the time, not only in winter. He told that people also praise this shop after eating their almond bars. He told that it takes a total of 5 people to make Badam Patti. Everyone has their own work. Someone keeps almonds ready, someone prepares syrup and someone rolls it. Everyone makes it together.
