To make Aloo Methi Paratha you will need
Wheat flour – 2 cups
Fenugreek leaves – 1 bowl
Potato – 2-3 boiled
Onion – 1 chopped
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Green chili – 1 chopped
coriander leaves – finely chopped
Chaat masala – 1/2 tsp
oil – as needed
salt – to taste
