Ingredients to make Aloo Paneer Masala
Paneer cubes – 2 cups
Potatoes cut – 2 cups
Tomato puree – 2 cups
Onion chopped – 1
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Cumin powder – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric – 1/4 tsp
Cashew paste – 3-4 tbsp
Cream – 2 tbsp
Cheese grater – 2 tbsp
Green coriander chopped – 3 tbsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Cloves – 3-4
Cinnamon – 1 inch piece
Bay leaf – 1
Butter – 1 tbsp
Cardamom – 2-3
Oil – 4-5 tsp
salt – as per taste

Potato Paneer Masala Recipe
To make Aloo Paneer Masala, first cut paneer and potato into square pieces. After this, finely chop the onion and coriander leaves. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. When the oil becomes hot, add chopped potatoes and fry till it becomes golden. After this, take out the fried potatoes in a bowl and keep them aside. After this, put paneer in oil and fry till it becomes light golden.

Now put 1 tablespoon butter in another pan and heat it. After melting the butter, add cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, bay leaves and fry them until the spices start to smell wet. After this, add finely chopped onion and ginger-garlic paste to the spices and fry. Fry the onion till it turns light pink. Then add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder and cumin powder.

After frying all the spices for some time, add tomato puree to it and fry till the gravy leaves oil. After this add cashew paste and fry for one more minute. Then add 1 cup of water and salt as per taste and mix well. Then add roasted potatoes and paneer to the gravy and mix it well with the gravy with the help of a spoon. After cooking the vegetable for 2 more minutes, add fresh cream and grated cheese to it and turn off the gas. At the end, garnish with green coriander leaves and serve Aloo Paneer Masala curry.
