Jitu, the artisan who prepares mutton, says that in the cold season people are preferring to eat mutton taash. 40 to 50 kg of mutton cards are sold daily. People come to our place from far and wide to eat mutton taash. Jeetu told that both mutton taash and mutton kadhi are made here. But consumption of mutton cards is high. He tells that although it takes more than an hour to make normal mutton, but mutton taash is ready in just 20 to 25 minutes.

This is how it is prepared
Jeetu told that garlic, ginger and meat masala are specially added to mutton taash. After this, the oil is heated by placing the tray on the fire. After the oil is heated, a layer of mutton mixed with spices is spread on it. It is cooked for 20 minutes. When the mutton turns bright red, it is ready to be served. Jitu told that people do not like to eat mutton taash with rice and roti. Prefer to eat it with Chuda. In such a situation, if you also want to eat mutton taash, then this is the best place for you.
