Shakti Singh/Kota:- In the Education City Kota city, a crowd of taste lovers is seen at Sardar Ji Soya Chaap restaurant located in Jawahar Nagar area in the evening. About 8 to 10 different varieties of soya chaap are available here. Most of the people like Malai Chaap here. Not only do the people of the city come here to eat Chaap, people from far away areas also come to eat Soya Chaap. Soya Chaap is the first choice of students who come for coaching from all over the country. This restaurant is open from 01:30 pm to 11:30 pm, which is completely pure veg.

Giving taste for three years
Amritpal Singh told Local 18 that he started the soya chaap business three years ago. But it tasted so good on people’s lips that it became their favorite dish. Amritpal Singh said that soya chaap, popular in India, Bangladesh and Pakistan, is usually prepared with skewers in tandoor or earthen oven. Soybean seeds and soya chunks or soya chaap sticks are cut into equal small pieces.

After this it is kept soaked in water. After swelling for some time, they are put in water and boiled well. After boiling, to make masala chaap, it is dipped in a solution mixed with gram flour and spices and baked on coal fire. It is prepared in two flavours, Malai and Masala. After turning pink, they are served with green coriander chutney. Soya Masala Chaap can be eaten with Rumali Roti or Naan Tandoori Roti, Kulcha or Pulao and Biriyani or rice.

There are varieties of different types of chaap.
Karanvir Singh told Local 18 that Boti-Boti Chaap, Afghani Chaap, Garlic Chaap, Chilli Chaap, Crispy Chaap are available at Sardar Ji Soya Chaap restaurant. Apart from this, Veg Raara, Veg Mutton, Soya Chaap Masala, Kadhai Paneer, Stup Paneer Tikka, Paneer Tikka, Paneer Tikka Roll, Garlic Chaap Roll are available, which are available from Rs 100 to Rs 200.

Karanvir Singh told Local 18 that Soya Chaap is a healthy veg snack made from soybean, which is rich in protein. Many minerals are found in soybean. Like -calcium, potassium, sodium, phosphorus, phosphorus, magnesium, iron and vitamin B etc. This is the best option for those who do not eat mutton or chicken.
