Mangalsen Prajapati, a resident of Baghpat, left his private job in Delhi and started making Chole Bhature. Mangalsen says that due to his job in Delhi, he was not able to give time to his family and so he left his private job and started a shop named Maa-Vaishno Chole Bhature.
He told that initially the price of a plate of chole bhatura was 5 rupees. Today this plate is available readymade for 50 rupees. Where 2 bhaturas, chole, salad and raita are also available in the plate.
Know how Chole-Bhatura is prepared
Mangalsen brings whole spices from Delhi and grinds them with his hands, after which he boils the chickpeas, makes a paste of tomatoes and onions and prepares the chickpeas with spices and prepares bhatura with pure flour.
