Ingredients to make Amchoor Chutney
Dry mango powder – 1/4 cup
Jaggery – 1/4 cup
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder – 1 tsp
Fennel seeds – 1 tsp
Black salt – 1/4 tsp
Watermelon seeds – 1 tbsp
white salt – as per taste
water – as needed

How to make Amchur Chutney
If you want to make mango chutney full of taste, then first of all take a bowl and put mango powder in it. After this add red chili powder, black salt and white salt as per taste and mix it well. After this, take a cup of water and while pouring it slowly in the mixture, prepare the solution by mixing it with the help of a spoon. After this keep this solution aside.

Now take a pan and add jaggery and water to it, mix well and keep it on medium flame. When the jaggery melts, add the prepared mixture of dried mango powder to it and mix. When this solution starts boiling, add roasted cumin powder and crushed fennel and mix well. Now boil the chutney for 3 to 4 minutes and cook. When the chutney becomes thick, add watermelon seeds and mix. Tasty mango chutney is ready. Serve it after it cools down.
