According to the money control news, according to the documents of Propstack.com, in this five-year deal, the music company will have to pay Rs 2.07 crore as rent every year for three years. After this, this rent will increase to Rs 2.38 crore in the fourth year. When Amitabh Bachchan bought this property, he also paid stamp duty of Rs 2.88 lakh for it on November 30, 2023.
Salman Khan had given the building on lease
Before Amitabh Bachchan, Bollywood actor Salman Khan had also given his four-storey building on lease in Mumbai. He had given this place spread over 27,650 square feet to TNSI Retail Private Limited, the co-operative company of Future Retail Limited, at a rent of Rs 89.6 lakh per month.
