Amitabh Bachchan says from the stage of Kolkata Film Festival, ‘I am sure that the fellow sitting on the stage will agree that even now questions are being raised on civil liberties and freedom of expression’.

Further, he said, social media is usually driven by a certain narrow mindset, which lowers the level of people’s nature. I had read somewhere that negativity increases the consumption of social media. Such experiments reinforce a belief, which further makes social media divisive and subversive.
