In ‘KBC 16’ the contestant’s winning amount will be doubled
In the latest promo, Amitabh Bachchan is telling about the new twist in the show this time. According to him, this time the amount won by the contestant in the show will be doubled. He told that he is bringing a new super twist in season 16 of KBC. The name of this twist is Doubhastra. In this, whatever amount the contestant has won, they will get a chance to double it. There will be a super question in it, in which there will be no option.
What is the super question?
Super question is a bonus question which will come after every 5th question. On this question, the contestant will not get any option or they will not get any option to use lifeline. If the correct answer is given, the contestant will get an opportunity to use ‘Duganastra’ which will allow them to press the buzzer and win double the amount. Also, the contestant will get a chance to double the amount on any special question of their choice, from question number 6 to question number 10.

If the contestant chooses the superpower on question 9, which is worth Rs 1,60,000, and answers correctly, the money will be doubled. Even while using this power, they cannot use any lifeline. Recently, while sharing pictures of the shooting of the show, Amitabh Bachchan wrote on Twitter, ‘Back with KBC 16th season’. In another post, he said, ‘Yes, I am back and still there is no change in the routine – the race continues.’
