Ingredients to make Amla Chutney
Amla – 8-10
Ginger – 1/2 inch piece
Green coriander chopped – 4 tbsp
Garlic – 4-5 cloves
Green chili – 2-3
Mustard oil – 1 tsp
salt – as per taste

Amla Chutney Recipe
To make Amla Chutney, first take Amla and wash them in clean water. After this, cut small and thin pieces of amla and separate the kernels. Now wash the coriander leaves in water, remove the thick stem from it and chop it finely. After this, cut green chillies into fine pieces. Now put pieces of amla and green coriander leaves in the mixer jar and blend it for 1 minute.
After this, open the lid of the mixer jar and add ginger pieces, garlic pieces, oil and salt as per taste. After this, add a little water and cover the lid and blend the chutney while stirring for 1 to 2 minutes. Amla should become a smooth paste. Take care that no big piece of amla remains in the chutney. Now take out the amla chutney from the mixer jar and put it in a bowl. Tasty and healthy amla chutney is ready.
