The Asmoli police station, which had come to arrest the rape accused, forcibly picked up advocate Mohammad Javed Akhtar and made him sit in the government car. The advocate has also accused the policemen of beating him with the butt of a rifle and kicking and punching him.

During this, the family members made a video from the roof of the house, in which the policemen are seen making the advocate sit in the government car and closing the window. However, later the police left the advocate there. During this, there was a heated argument between the two parties.

The victim advocate has given a complaint letter to SP Amroha and demanded action against nine police personnel including the Asmoli police station in-charge. Advocate Mohammad Javed Akhtar is a resident of village Chaudharpur in Didauli Kotwali area. He practices in Amroha court.

It is alleged that he was sleeping at his home at 1 o’clock on Monday night. Then Asmoli SHO Harish Kumar and Mansoorpur Police Station Incharge along with 6-7 policemen entered the house and started abusing Advocate Mohammad Javed Akhtar. Later, they beat him up and forcibly made him sit in the police station’s official vehicle.

The policemen are also accused of misbehaving with the women of the house. The family members made a 2 minute 5 second video of the entire incident from the roof of the house. In which six policemen are seen making advocate Mohammad Javed Akhtar sit in the car.

However, seeing their own video being made, the police personnel immediately got Advocate Mohammad Javed Akhtar out of the car. During this, there was a heated argument between Javed Akhtar and the policemen.

When the policemen asked advocate Mohammad Javed Akhtar about a person named Babu, he said that he had no relation with Babu. On receiving the information, Didauli police reached the spot and resolved the dispute.

In this case, advocate Mohammad Javed Akhtar has given a complaint letter to SP Kunwar Anupam Singh and has demanded action by registering a case against Asmoli police station in-charge Harish Kumar, Mansoorpur outpost in-charge and 6-7 other police personnel.

At the same time, the SP has assured to take action after investigating the case on the basis of the complaint.
