A constable and his wife grabbed Rs 4.10 lakh from a woman on the pretext of selling her house. Later, neither the inheritance certificate of the house was made nor any tax was deposited. In this case, on the instructions of the DIG, a report of breach of trust has been registered against the constable and his wife.

Yashpal Saini’s family lives in Double Phatak Darshan Sarai street of Katghar police station area of ​​Moradabad district. His wife Sandhya Saini alleges that he had finalized the deal of a house with Yogendra Pal, resident of Nala Samrat Ashok Nagar of Majhola police station area, for Rs 35.60 lakh.

This house is in Bhogpur Mithoni alias Sirkui Bhud. Yogendra Pal is a constable in UP Police and his posting is going on in Amroha district. It is alleged that this house is in the name of constable Yogendra Pal’s first wife Madhubala. Who died on 19 October 2019.

After which Yogendra Pal married Jyoti Singh for the second time. But constable Yogendra Pal, while finalizing the house deal, had asked for five months’ time for bank loan, house tax, water tax, electricity payment and making the inheritance certificate.

Whose agreement was signed on 10 March 2023. It is alleged that Yogendra Pal and his wife Jyoti Singh took Rs 7.10 lakh by cheating. But later neither the heir certificate was made nor the house tax was paid. Even the money was not returned.

Not only this, constable Yogendra Pal stopped picking up the phone. After this, the victim Sandhya Saini filed a complaint on 8 September 2023 demanding action. In which an agreement was reached with a promise to return the money.

During this time, the constable had made a written agreement to return the money. After this, he returned three lakh rupees on 10 October 2023. But he is not returning four lakh 10 thousand rupees. It is alleged that those people have grabbed the money by cheating.

According to the police, on the instructions of the DIG, a report of breach of trust has been registered against constable Yogendra Pal Singh and his wife Jyoti. The matter is being investigated, after which further action will be taken.
