Rajesh Singh, originally a resident of Kashipur in Uttarakhand, has been living on Khayalipur slope for a long time. He is a tractor mechanic. His shop is on the slope itself. His eight-year-old son Vikas studied in LKG in a private school located at Shahwajpur Dor. Preparations have been going on for a long time to separate the domestic lines and tube well lines in the villages connected to Mohammadabad power plant.

For this, the electricity department buried the poles, but did not draw wires on them. The work of pulling the wire was going on at four o’clock on Saturday evening. Vikas, eight-year-old son of Rajesh Singh, resident of Khayalipur Dhal, was playing with his friends near the power line. Meanwhile, a villager brought a tractor tippler.

It is being told that the line wires got entangled with the tractor tippler. Due to which the pillar broke and fell on Vikas. He died on the spot. His death created a stampede at the spot. The villagers gathered. After receiving the information, officials and employees of the electricity department reached. The police station also reached.
