When he asked for wages, the bullies put the worker in the saw machine. Due to which his neck was cut. The worker was seriously injured in the accident. The condition has improved after prolonged treatment. Police have registered a case against three saw machine operator people in the case.

The Police is investigating. Akhtar Ali’s family lives near Mohalla Rahmat Nagar Noorani Masjid in Saidangali. His son Mohammad Imran does wood work. It is alleged that Sajid, Naseem and Zakir, residents of Mundhaimma of Didoli Kotwali area, operate saw machines.

He has installed a saw machine near Charminar Hotel near Sambhal intersection. On which Mohammad Irfan worked for three months. But the accused saw machine operator was not paying his wages. The money was not given even after several arguments.

On December 16, 2023, when the victim Mohammad Irfan along with his brother Mohammad Farman went to take money from the accused, they refused to give it. Not only this, he abused and started fighting. When he protested, the accused placed laborer Mohammad Irfan in front of the saw machine with the intention of killing him.

During this time, the neck of laborer Mohammad Irfan was cut by the saw of the saw machine. During this time Mohammad Farhan and the people working on the saw machine were saved. Later Mohammad Irfan was admitted to a private hospital in Moradabad.

From where he was referred to Delhi. After a long treatment, Mohammad Irfan’s condition has improved. But, Mohammad Irfan’s body was not fit for hard labour. When the victim complained about the matter to the police, no action was taken. So he took refuge in the court.

CO City Arun Kumar said that on the orders of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, a case has been registered against Sajid, Naseem and Zakir on charges of betrayal of trust, assault, threat and murderous attack. Further action will be taken after investigating the matter.
