A research scholar of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) was attacked by a pack of dogs. The researcher was successful in saving his life with great difficulty. Dogs have bitten many places on his body. The seriously injured researcher is being treated at JN Medical College.

Late on Saturday night, Khalid Hasan, who was doing research on politics, living in MM Hall of AMU, was walking on the football field near the hall, when two dogs attacked him. Khalid was trying to avoid him somehow. After this three more dogs came. The dogs chased Khalid and he fell down. Dogs bitten in many places.

To save his life, Khalid ran towards the common room of the hall. Fellow students saved his life by opening the common door. Dogs bitten at other places including three on the back, three on the leg. Khalid told that the fear of dogs has increased a lot. Recently, retired doctor Safdar Ali, who was walking in the morning on the ground of AMU’s Sir Syed House, was attacked by dogs. He lost his life in this.

A four-month-old girl was taken away by a dog in Swarna Jayantinagar of the metropolis, in which she died. The in-charge of Police Station Quarsi had informed about the incident in the morning at 3:30 pm. After this, 10 employees were sent to the veterinary officer of the corporation along with two cattle catcher vehicles.
