Angered by his father’s scolding in Sahpau and Mursan of Hathras, a teenager committed suicide by hanging himself. The other teenager consumed pesticide and was admitted to the hospital.
In Sahpau, on the afternoon of January 5, a 16-year-old teenager, resident of village Nagla Bholu, was scolded by his father for some matter. Angered by the scolding, he closed the room and hanged himself. The family members broke the door and brought him down from the noose and took him to the Community Health Center in Sadabad, where the doctors declared him dead. He was the only son. There was mourning in the entire house on the news of his death. His last rites were performed in the evening in a very sad atmosphere. The police are ignorant in this matter.
In a village in Mursan area, an intermediate student consumed pesticide used in potato crop after being scolded by his father. Due to which his condition worsened, his family members hurriedly took him to a private hospital in Mursan. From where he has been referred. It has been told that the youth is an intermediate student, he was not studying at home. Due to which his father reprimanded him. Due to which the student consumed pesticide only after leaving his father’s house. At present the condition of the student is improving.
