This actor once spent his days selling liquor in a bar
Before this sports drama directed by Kabir Khan, Aniruddha has worked in six films and all of them have flopped at the box office. Due to this, the actor’s work in ‘Chandu Champion’ is being appreciated. Born on July 21, 1986 in Jaipur, Aniruddha always wanted to become an actor and hence he also tried to join the National School of Drama in Delhi, but he was rejected.
In 2007, Anirudh moved to Mumbai and kept auditioning for films and TV shows. During his struggling days, he sold liquor in a bar for Rs 500 for four months, until he got the lead role in Rajkumar Aryan in 2008. He worked in several TV shows like ‘Woh Rehne Wali Mahalon Ki’, ‘Phulwa’, ‘Bandhan’, ‘Yaaron Ka Tashan’ and ‘Patiala Babes’ in the next few years.
I had given up hope to live
Along with this, Anirudh also appeared in side roles in some films like ‘Teri Sang’, ‘Shorgul’, ‘Pranam’ and ‘Bell Bottom’ but all these films flopped on a large scale. After this, in the year 2021, Anirudh had to face Kovid-19, when he spent 57 days in the hospital. Recalling that terrible phase of his life, the actor had told Dainik Bhaskar earlier this year, ‘There came a time when I had lost hope of living. I had to wear diapers. I had accepted that I would not be alive. I always pray to God that this moment does not come in anyone else’s life. To be honest, this is my second life. ‘
After recovering from Covid, Anirudh Dave returned to the industry and started auditioning again and now the actor is winning the hearts of fans with his strong acting in the film ‘Chandu Champion’.
