Assemblying will start next month

According to IndiaTude report, Apple will start assembling airpods in India from next month. The assembling of airpods will begin at the Foxconn plant in Hyderabad from April. There was a conversation between the two last year and now the assembling is going to start from April. Some reports are also said that airpods that are assembled in India will not be sold in the local market and will be exported.

Apple’s planning regarding production in India

Apple had told last month that all models of iPhone 16 series are being made in India. The iPhone 16E launched last month will also be made in India. The models made here are being sold in the Indian market as well as other markets of the world. The company has also started production of its Pro model in India for the first time with iPhone 16 Pro and Pro Max. Earlier, the company used to assemble only entry-level models in India.

Apple is assembled in India since 2017

Apple has been assembling iPhone in India since 2017. The company started it with the SE series. After this, iPhone 12, iPhone 13, iPhone 14 and 14 plus and iPhone 15 have been assembled in India. The iPhone 15, assembled in India, was available for sale from day one. Now with the iPhone 16 series, the company has also started its manufacturing in India. Apple already exists two stores in India and preparations are going on for four new opening.
