Arshad Warsi Clarification On Calling Prabhas Joker: Bollywood actor Arshad Warsi had to face a lot of trolling some time ago for calling Prabhas âJokerâ. Many South actors had hit back at Arshad and Prabhasâs fans also did not like this comment. Now Arshad has clarified his statement after trolling and said that he had not called Prabhas âJokerâ.
According to news agency ANI, Arshad Warsi said- âEveryone has their own viewpoint and people like to express their noise. I said about the character, not about that person. He (Prabhas) is a brilliant actor and he has proved himself time and again and we know about it. And when we give a bad character to a good actor, it is heartbreaking for the audience.
When Arshad Warsi called Prabhas âJokerâ
Let us tell you that in an interview given to Samdish Bhatia, Arshad Warsi had given a review of Prabhasâ film âKalki 2898 ADâ. He had said that he did not like the film and Prabhasâ character seemed like âJokerâ to him. Arshad had said- âI saw Kalki, I did not like it. I felt a lot of pain. Prabhas, I am really sad, why was he⌠he was like a âjokerâ. Why? I want to watch Mad Max. I want to see Mel Gibson there. What have you done to him friend, why do you do this? I donât understand.â
South Stars gave a befitting reply
After this statement of Arshad Warsi, many South stars came out in support of Prabhas. Many celebrities including actor Nani, Sudhir Babu and director Ajay Bhupathi had hit back at Arshad. Whereas âKalki 2898 ADâ director Nag Ashwin had replied to Arshad by posting a post on X. He had written- âArshad Saheb should have chosen his words better. But thatâs okay. Sending budgie toys to my kids. I will work hard so I tweet that Prabhas was the best till date in K2.
