Assam Rifles Rally Recruitment 2024: Assam Rifles has released the notification for the recruitment of 38 posts of Rifleman and Riflewoman (GD) for 2024. This recruitment will be done under sports quota, in which players of different sports will be given a chance. The online application process for recruitment will start from 28 September 2024 and will continue till 27 October 2024. Interested candidates can apply by visiting the official website of Assam Rifles assamrifles.gov.in.
According to the notification of Assam Rifles, 38 posts of Rifleman and Riflewoman (GD) will be filled. In this, candidates who have played various sports like football, judo, karate, badminton, javelin throw, shooting, long jump etc. will be selected. The details of the posts are as follows:

Required educational qualification
Candidates should have passed 10th class from a recognized board. Additionally, they should have experience of participating in National/International/Inter-University Tournaments, National Games, Khelo India Youth Games, Winter Games, Para Games.

age limit
According to the notification, the age of the candidates should be between 18 to 28 years. There is also a provision for relaxation in the maximum age limit for reserved category candidates.
physical parameters
The minimum height of male candidates should be 170 cm and chest should be 80 cm without expansion and 85 cm when expanded. The minimum height for female candidates has been fixed at 157 centimeters.

Candidates applying online for Assam Rifles recruitment will have to deposit a fee of Rs 100. This fee can be paid through online mode.

Selection will be like this
Assam Rifles Rally will be organized on 25 November 2024. In the selection process, candidates will have to undergo physical test, document verification and medical test. Final selection will be made on the basis of performance in all these stages.
