We are talking about Raj Yadav, a young man who sells soya chaap and paneer tikka in Raipur. He has struggled a lot for a little money in the early days of his career. Now he is earning a good income by starting his own business.

Raj Yadav, the owner of the Indori Soya Chaap and Paneer Tikka shop, told Local18 that he originally hails from Vijaynagar in Indore. His family is involved in farming. Raj has studied only up to 12th standard, due to which he could not get a job anywhere. Before opening a shop in Raipur, Raj worked in a hotel in Delhi. He learned to make Soya Chaap and Paneer Tikka from there and saved some money to start his own startup. Today, he has a shop of Soya Chaap and Paneer Tikka in Raipur NIT Chowpatty. The Paneer Tikka and Soya Chaap that shopkeeper Raj makes cannot be found anywhere else in Raipur.

Raj learned to make this special unique item while living in Delhi. Raj further told that at the age of 18 he lost his father who was suffering from diabetes, the condition of the house was not good during his studies, due to which he could not study beyond 12th class. After returning from Delhi after learning the work, he has started a startup of Soya Chaap and Paneer Tikka in Raipur for the last four months. This shop is earning up to five thousand rupees daily. The food menu in his shop starts from Rs. 100 and almost all the items are available for Rs. 230. The shop is open from 3:30 pm to 12:30 am.
