Om Prakash, the mason who makes samosa, told that to make samosa, he first boils the potatoes and puts chilli ginger in hot oil. After it turns red, he adds coriander powder, chilli powder, dum aloo masala, salt along with some special spices made by his own hands. The potatoes are mixed with spices well and kept aside and later the potatoes are stuffed. Then it is fried in hot oil and taken out.

Mistry told that in our shop a samosa is available for Rs 5, which is liked by the people eating it and along with the samosa we also provide sweet chutney, tomato chutney and curd raita. Whoever eats samosa at our place. He definitely comes to the shop again.
