The first phase examination of Atul Maheshwari Scholarship Examination-2024, conducted by Amar Ujala Foundation, was conducted on Sunday at 67 examination centers in 61 cities. More than 35 thousand students from class 9th to 12th appeared in the examination.

Students started reaching the examination centers since morning. At some places, children had to stand in long queues up to a kilometer long. At many places, the help of police administration had to be taken to maintain order. Compared to last year, this time there was more enthusiasm among the students regarding the examination. The result was that this time there was an increase of about 35 percent in the attendance of students.

The examination was conducted in two shifts. The written examination is being taken on OMR sheet. The second phase of the examination will be conducted on November 17 at 29 centers in 24 cities. Admit cards have been sent to registered mobile numbers and e-mails.
