This stall is set up at Satrikh Naka intersection. Stall owner Ramkumar started the business of making pakoras 25 years ago. The same taste, the same quality are being given to the people even today. Ramkumar told that he sets up a stall from around 4 pm to 9 pm. When it was started, the pakoda was Rs.5, today the inflation has increased. Even after that, we are getting pakoras for Rs.15 here. Many types of pakodas are made here including violet, bread pakoda, capsicum, stuffed mirch, paneer pakoda and potato tikki. Everyone’s prices are also different. Told that the spices that are put in it, they prepare it by grinding with their hands. Fresh oil is used. We also take special care of cleanliness, that’s why people come to our place from far and wide to eat pakoras.
Chutney and spices enhance the taste
Customers told that we have been coming here for many years to eat pakoras, which are very good. He also puts a special kind of spice on his capsicum fritters, which makes its taste more delicious. Sweet and coriander-mint chutney is also served with the pakoras, which adds to the taste.
