Ayodhya Ram Mandir Inauguration Digvijaya Singh Said Congress Never Opposed Ram Mandir Accused BJP


Ramlala Pran Pratishtha: Before the consecration program of Ram Lalla in the Ram temple of Ayodhya, veteran Congress leader and former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Digvijay Singh has given a big statement. He made serious allegations against BJP regarding Ram Temple. Former CM Digvijay Singh on Tuesday alleged that the intention of BJP, RSS and Vishwa Hindu Parishad behind demolishing Babri Masjid in Ayodhya was not to build a temple at that place, but to make it a Hindu-Muslim issue for political gains.

‘Congress did not protest’
Former Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Singh, in a post on social media platform ‘X’, claimed that Congress never opposed the construction of Ram temple in Ayodhya. He raised questions on the location of the new temple where the idol consecration ceremony will be held on January 22.

‘Congress waited for the court’s decision’
Former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh said, “Congress only asked to wait till the court’s decision for the construction (of the temple) on the disputed land. Bhoomi Pujan was done on the non-disputed land during the time of Rajiv Gandhi (former Prime Minister Rajiv Gandhi). Former Prime Minister PV Narasimha Rao also Ram Mandir “Non-disputed land was acquired for the construction.”

BJP surrounded
Meanwhile, Madhya Pradesh BJP spokesperson Pankaj Chaturvedi termed Singh as ‘Ram traitor’ and claimed that the Congress leader and his party are against Sanatan Dharma. He said that the previous Congress-led UPA government had described Lord Ram as an ‘imaginary’ person in the affidavit filed in the Supreme Court. Chaturvedi asked that Singh should clarify for how long he will remain ‘anti-Sanatan Dharma and traitor to Ram’.
