In view of the security arrangements at the Pran Pratistha ceremony, Ram temple will be closed for common devotees from today. People will not be able to visit the temporary Ram temple after 7 pm on Friday evening. Ram temple will remain closed from 20 to 22 January.

Only the chief guest present on the day of the consecration ceremony will be able to have darshan of Ralalala in the temple. After this, the temple will be opened for other devotees at 7 am on January 23.

To prepare for the consecration ceremony, the district administration has set up a control room in the new building near the election office in the Collectorate premises. In this, district level officers and employees have been appointed along with the in-charge. Preparation work is being done here under the leadership of CDO Anita Yadav. The work of giving and receiving information is being done from here.

Detachments of soldiers arrived from different districts

The last contingent of soldiers also arrived on Thursday to handle the security arrangements at the consecration ceremony. Apart from the police of various districts of the state, these include personnel of RRF, SSB, ITBP, PAC etc. The officers made them aware of their duty and sent them to the place of deployment.

More than 10,000 soldiers have been called from various districts in view of the Pran Pratistha ceremony. These include more than 100 DSPs, 325 inspectors and 800 sub-inspectors, three DIGs for VIP security, 17 SPs, 40 ASPs, 82 DSPs, 90 inspectors etc. Four companies of paramilitary forces RRF, two companies SSB, one company ITBP and 26 companies PAC have also arrived.
