Ayodhya Ram Temple: Ramlala’s life has been consecrated on 22 January in the temple of Lord Shri Ram in Ayodhya. After research and study of Adhyatma Ramayana, Shrimadvalmiki Ramayana, Shri Ramcharitmanas and Aalavandar Stotra and according to the scripture-based beauty of Shri Ram described in them, Lord Shri Ram was established in the form of a 5 year old child in the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Temple. The work of preparing these jewelery was done by Ankur Anand’s organization Harsahaymal Shyamlal Jewellers, Lucknow. All the jewelery of Ramlala is made of 22 carat gold.

Work done with real gold zari and stars on clothes

On the occasion of Pran Pratistha Mahotsav on 22nd January, Lord Shri Ram Lalla was adorned with yellow colored dhoti made of Banarasi cloth and red colored patuka/angavastram. These clothes have been worked with real gold zari and stars on which Vaishnav Mangal symbol – Conch, Padma, Chakra and Peacock are depicted. The work of preparing these clothes was done by Delhi’s textile designer Manish Tripathi while staying in Shri Ayodhyadham.

The weight of the gold and gem studded crown is 1700 grams.

Talking about the jewelery worn by Lord Shri Ramlala, the decorated crown or crown on the head is made of gold in North Indian tradition and is decorated with rubies, emeralds and diamonds. The weight of the crown is about 1700 grams in which 75 carat diamonds, 135 carat emeralds and 262 carat rubies have been studded. The aura circle behind is of 500 grams.

Similarly, the necklace studded with crescent-shaped gems around the neck is made of gold in which diamonds, rubies and emeralds are studded. The scriptures say that Lord Vishnu and his incarnations wear Kaustubhamani in their hearts. Lord Shri Ramlala has also been made to wear it which has been decorated with a big ruby ​​and diamond ornamentation.

A five-stranded diamond and emerald Panchalada ‘Padik’, which has special significance in the adornment of the deity, has been worn, which was worn after preparing it with a large ornate pendant.

Vaijayanti or Vijayamaal, the longest gold necklace

The Lord is adorned with Vaijayanti or Vijayamaal depicting all the auspicious symbols of Vaishnava tradition – Sudarshan Chakra, Padmapushpa, Shankha and Mangal Kalash. This is the third and longest gold necklace worn by the Lord. It is also decorated with 5 types of flowers dear to the deity.

The Lord is made to wear a jewel-studded girdle (at the waist) made of gold which is embellished with diamonds, rubies, pearls and emeralds. Five small bells have also been installed in it to symbolize purity.

God wore gold and gem studded bracelets on both his arms.

Apart from this, Mangal Tilak on the head of the Lord has been made with diamonds and rubies and a gold garland has also been decorated under the lotus decorated at the feet.

Since Lord Shri Ram is seated in the child form, toys made of silver – rattle, elephant, horse, camel, toy cart and top have also been kept in front of him for playing.

A golden canopy has been placed over the aura of Lord Shriramlala.
