The idol of Ramlala was installed in the sanctum sanctorum, it took four hours
Ramlala has been seated on his seat in the sanctum sanctorum of the grand Shri Ram temple built in Ayodhya. His immovable idol was delivered to the sanctum sanctorum late on Wednesday night. The rituals required for this were started from Thursday afternoon itself. The rituals started with Ganesh puja. Lord Ganesha is invoked before starting any ritual. Due to this belief, rituals started with Ganesh worship and Ambika worship.

Sadhus and saints of Badrinath received invitation for consecration
Amidst the snowfall, an invitation has been extended to the saints meditating in the caves of Badrinath Dham to participate in the Pran Pratistha program of Shri Ram Temple in Ayodhya. Worshiped Akshat Prasad from Ayodhya and picture of Ram temple were also presented to the saints and sages. At present there are 16 saints and sages in meditation in the Dham. Volunteers of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh reached Badrinath Dham late evening on Tuesday to invite him. He visited the huts and caves of sages and saints and handed them invitations for the consecration program of Ram temple in Ayodhya.

Lord Raghunath’s chief servant Maheshwar Singh has left for Ayodhya on Thursday to participate in the consecration of Ram temple on January 22 in Ayodhya. Three people including the priest of Raghunath are included with him. Lord Shri Ram will be gifted a silver Charan Paduka, Chauur and Chowki from Raghunath. Devbhoomi Kullu has a 374-year-old relationship with Ayodhya, the birthplace of Ramlala.
