People consume 20 kg of onion waste in just two and a half hours.

Everyone’s favorite palace has been built for 9 years
He has a garbage shop at this place for about 8 to 9 years. The taste of their garbage is such that people like it a lot. Vaidyanath ji told that first of all we cut the onion into thin pieces. Then chop green chillies, add ginger, celery and salt as per taste. And then mix everything. After that, small arcs are made and fried in hot oil. It takes about 10 minutes to filter the garbage. When the kachari is ready it is served to the customers. Hot Kachari looks very tasty. It is available at just Rs 2 per piece.

20 kg onion is consumed
During the conversation, Baidyanath Paswan told that for the last 8 to 9 years we have been building a garbage dump near SH 50 Kalyanpur Pethiya Gachhi of Samastipur Darbhanga main. In the initial period, less waste was sold. But now about 20 kg of onion waste is sold here every day. The taste of my garbage is such that people like it a lot. Not only this, people from Samastipur, Darbhanga, Muzaffarpur also come to taste Kachari. It is said that when the garbage comes out, customers stand in line to eat.
