Ingredients to make Mango Rose Lassi
Mango puree – 1/2 cup
Rose syrup – 3 tbsp
Mango slice – 1/4
Curd – 200 grams
Chopped dry fruits – 1 tbsp
sugar – as per taste
Ice cubes – 6-7

How to make Mango Rose Lassi
To make mango rose lassi, first pour curd in a utensil and whisk it well. After beating the curd for some time, put ice cubes in it and beat it again. After this separate the beaten curd into two parts. Take one portion and add mango puree to it and mix well. After this, mix sugar as per taste in the curd and churn the curd until the mango puree and sugar dissolves well in the curd.

After this, take another part of curd and add rose syrup to it and mix it well. Put some ice cubes in it too and churn it for some time. Now add the prepared lassi to the mango lassi and mix both well. After this, keep the mango rose lassi in the fridge for some time to cool down. Before serving, take out the utensil from the fridge and pour mango rose lassi in the serving glass. Garnish dry fruits over the glass and serve lassi.
