This sweet is known as Balushahi, which is made from flour and ghee. The biggest feature of this sweet is that it does not spoil quickly.

Shopkeeper Laxman Prasad Gupta told that this shop is about 20 years old. This sweet is known as Balushahi. People like it very much and this sweet does not spoil easily. Also told that this sweet shop by the name of Tappu Chaiwala is famous in the district. Apart from this, the taste of Rasgulla also fails.

This is how this special sweet is made
According to Laxman Prasad Gupta, to make Balushahi, 250 grams of ghee is added to 1 kg of flour and soda is added as per requirement. Then hot water is added to it and mixed for a long time. After this it is given a round shape. Then it is cooked in hot oil in a pan on low flame for a long time. After cooking it is put in syrup. With this the famous Balushahi of Ballia is ready.

This is the price of one kilo sweets
