Some illegal constructions were demolished at these hotels using hammers and bulldozers. Even now the entire hotel has not been demolished. VDA has damaged the illegal constructions inside the hotel and sealed it and handed it over to police custody.

According to VDA Vice President Pulkit Garg, Mohammad Jafar Ali Khan has constructed two hotels in Buddh Vihar Colony. In the case of the land of both the hotels, the government had rejected the application of Annapurna Bhawan Nirman Sahakari Samiti Limited to change the land use of eight plots from residential to commercial.
