According to the news agency PTI, ‘Top officials of BCCI such as BCCI President, Secretary, Vice President, Treasurer and Joint President will now be paid Rs 82000 per day by the board on foreign tours. These officers will now travel only in first class in the flight. An increase in the allowance given to BCCI officials was introduced in the meeting on Sunday. Which will be effective from October 2022 ‘. The daily allowance has been revised after more than seven years. Earlier, the officials of the world’s richest board were given US $ 750 per day on foreign tours.
IPL chairman will also get facilities
If reports are to be believed, BCCI President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer and Joint Secretary and other officials will be given Rs 40,000 per day apart from business class travel for attending meetings in the country. On the other hand, on going for office work, these officers will be given Rs 30,000 per day. Apart from this, these officers can book suite rooms in domestic and international flights.
