The B.Ed Joint Entrance Examination organized by Bundelkhand University Jhansi will be held on 9 June at ten examination centers in the district. A total of 4557 candidates will participate in it. Strict security arrangements have been made by the police administration. In view of the crowd of candidates, railways and roadways have been instructed to make additional arrangements so that there is no problem in transportation.
Nodal officer of the examination, ADM City Amit Kumar Bhatt said that the B.Ed Joint Entrance Examination will be held in two shifts. The first shift will be from 9 am to 12 noon and the second shift will be from 2 pm to 5 pm. A total of 4557 candidates will participate. Sector Magistrate, Static Magistrate and adequate police force will be deployed at each examination centre. Magistrates and Sector Magistrates have been deployed shift wise at all 10 examination centres. Two supervisors have been nominated for each examination centre. City Magistrate Ramshankar will get the confidential material received from the Commission kept in a double lock of the treasury under his supervision. He will take out the confidential material of the first and second shifts and make it available to the concerned Sector Magistrate.
He said that along with keeping all photocopy shops, computer centres and cyber cafes closed within a radius of 500 metres around the examination centres, instructions have been given to keep photocopy machines closed in the examination centres as well. In view of the crowd, the concerned officers have been asked to make better arrangements at the railway station and roadways bus stand. SP City Mrigank Shekhar Pathak said that strict security arrangements have been made at all the examination centres.
Bareilly passenger will be cancelled, students will face problems
Due to the mega traffic power block of the railway administration, train number 04378 (Bareilly-Aligarh) has been cancelled from Bareilly on Sunday. North Central Railway Public Relations Officer Amit Singh said that similarly train number 04377 (Aligarh-Bareilly) will be cancelled from the starting station Aligarh. Due to this, the candidates coming to appear in the B.Ed examination will face problems in travelling through this route.
