Ingredients to make Beetroot Chutney
Beetroot – 2
Tomato – 2
Garlic chopped – 1 tsp
Ginger chopped – 1 tsp
Green chili – 1
Green coriander – 2 tbsp
Dry red chili – 3-4
Sugar – 1 tsp
Cumin – 1 tsp
Garam masala – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
salt – as per taste

Beetroot Chutney Recipe
To make beetroot chutney full of taste and nutrition, first peel the beetroot and then cut it into small pieces. After this, finely chop tomatoes, ginger, garlic, green chillies and green coriander. Now put chopped beetroot and tomato pieces in a utensil and put red chillies in it. After that put some water and salt in the vessel and cook on high flame. Cook the tomatoes while stirring well for at least 10 minutes.

After the beetroot-tomatoes are cooked, turn off the gas and wait for them to cool down. After the mixture cools down, put it in a mixer jar and grind it to make a puree. Now put oil in a pan and heat it on medium flame. After the oil is hot, add cumin seeds and fry for a few seconds, then add chopped garlic, ginger and green chillies and sauté. After some time, add garam masala and red chili powder to it, mix and fry.

When the spices are well roasted, add the prepared puree to it. After this add one spoon of sugar and salt as per taste. It has to be cooked until the mixture becomes thick.
