Just 10 days before Holi and 20 days after Mahashivratri cattle fair, a huge fair is held in Karauli, Rajasthan. This fair, which is being held according to tradition since the time of monarchy, is known by the name of Mall Fair. The biggest feature of this fair held in the fair ground complex of Karauli is the whole spices and iron utensils available in it. Along with this, there are many types of special items. Like every year, this year too this fair has started before Holi. This is the only huge fair in Eastern Rajasthan organized on the occasion of Holi, which fills the cooks with whole spices for a year. The purpose of this huge fair has also been multi-purpose.

Seema Kumari, a woman who came to buy spices in the fair, said that most of the goods are available in this fair. Especially the spices are very good, which are of good quality in taste. Seema Kumari says that this is such a fair which fills our kitchen with whole spices for the whole year. Another woman, Radha Saini, said that along with spices, all women’s makeup items, toys for children, kitchen items and some special items of old times are also available. This fair is also known for entertaining children. In this, big swings along with special toys for children are installed every year.
