In Begusarai, Bihar, a young man died a painful death by drowning while bathing in a pond to escape the scorching heat. After this incident, there was an uproar among the family members. The incident took place in Amarour Kiratpur village of Mufassil police station area. The deceased youth has been identified as Bittu Kumar, son of Ajay Paswan, a resident of Amarour Kiratpur village.
Family members said that Begusarai is experiencing severe heat. To escape this scorching heat, Bittu Kumar along with five friends went to take a bath in a water filled pit. While taking bath, Bittu Kumar went into deep water and started drowning. His friends who were bathing with him tried their best to save him, but could not and his friends also started drowning.
Family members said that Bittu drowned in a hurry and his friends somehow saved their lives by coming out of the water. They told that Bittu was also taken out of the water after a lot of searching. He was being brought to the hospital in a hurry, but by then he had died. At present, the family members informed the Mufassil police station about this incident. The Mufassil police station reached the spot, took the body in its custody and sent it to Begusarai Sadar Hospital for postmortem. After that, they started further action.
