Asafoetida โ€“ 1/4 tsp
Onion โ€“ 1 medium size, chopped

Coriander powder โ€“ 1 tablespoon
Cumin powder โ€“ 1 tablespoon
Red chilli powder โ€“ 1/2 tsp
Salt โ€“ as per taste
Coriander leaves for garnish

How to prepare tasty beetroot-potato curry?
, Peel the beetroot and potatoes and cut them into small pieces.

โ€“ Now put chopped tomatoes in the same grinder and grind them.
