Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi: Bharat Jodo Yatra of Congress under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi concluded on Monday (January 30). The closing ceremony of the yatra took place with a rally at the Sher-e-Kashmir Stadium in Jammu and Kashmir. During this, Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra said, “This country is made of love, truth and non-violence and the Congress will protect it.”

Priyanka Gandhi said, “My brother has been walking for four-five months. Earlier I used to think that the journey is very long, how will it be possible, because people will welcome him with an open heart or not? But wherever Rahul Gandhi The journey went on, people welcomed him very lovingly.”

People supported us wholeheartedly- Priyanka
She said, “People in this country have a passion for non-violence and the Constitution. I thank the people of Jammu and Kashmir because the people here have supported us wholeheartedly.” Priyanka Gandhi said, when Rahul headed towards Kashmir, he sent a message to mother and me, in which he said that he felt that he was going home.

Politics of ‘break and divide’ will not help India
Priyanka Gandhi further said, the politics of ‘break and divide’ will not help India, whose foundation has been peace, unity and love. This yatra has proved that the basic principles of peace, unity and love enshrined in our constitution are inviolable. The people of Kashmir have again given a ray of hope to the country by participating in today’s rally amid heavy snowfall and I am sure this message will spread across the country.

Priyanka said, the politics of breaking and dividing will not help this country. Peace, unity and love is the only way forward and Kashmir lives up to that ideal. I thank the people of Jammu and Kashmir for the love and affection given to them. Former Chief Minister and PDP President Mehbooba Mufti said at the rally, Rahul, you had said that you have come to Kashmir, this is your home. I hope that what Godse’s ideology took away from Jammu and Kashmir, will be restored. Today the country can see a ray of hope in Rahul Gandhi.
