Rimi Sen Sues Motor Car Company: Actress Rimi Sen, who has appeared in many Bollywood films, has filed a case of Rs 50 crore against a motor car company. The actress has taken this big step due to being upset with her car. Rimi Sen got her car repaired several times but still she did not get any benefit.

When the car did not get fixed even after repeated repairs, Rimi Sen has filed a case against the car company for a huge amount of Rs 50 crore. Rimi Sen has also issued a notice to Navneet Motors, Jaguar Land Rover and Satish Motors in this matter and sought a reply.

Rimi has got her car repaired more than 10 times

According to the notice issued by Rimi Sen, the actress’s car had an accident on 25 August 2022 after hitting a pole. She gave the reason that the rear end camera of the car was not working. The actress also said that since she started driving the car, she has got it repaired more than 10 times but the situation has not improved. She wrote in the complaint that, ‘She is demanding compensation of Rs 50 crore for mental harassment.’

A big accident could have happened with Rimi

Rimi Sen said in a conversation with ‘ETimes’, ‘I was completely disappointed with the car company and its services. Their attitude towards their customers was the worst. I collided with a pole, but it could have been any human being. And no amount of money or anything could save anyone’s life. Someone could have died due to their negligence.’

I am entitled to compensation

Rimi Sen said that she deserves this compensation. According to the actress, ‘I could have easily been a victim of a fatal accident. I have demanded Rs 50 crore as compensation, and I fully deserve this compensation for everything I have suffered. I hope I will get justice. My lawyers, Pushpa Ganediwala & Company, are looking into the matter.’
