Bihar Public Service Commission is now busy preparing the master data base of the candidates. All the information of the candidates will be available in this data base. Before the examination, the candidates will have to upload all their educational qualifications, Aadhaar card, reservation related documents on the BPSC site. After uploading this data, it cannot be changed. BPSC Chairman Parmar Ravi Manubhai said that BPSC has taken a big decision to prevent many other types of irregularities including paper leak. The commission will prepare the master data base of the candidates.

How will the database be prepared?

First of all, the commission will put the data of the candidates present with it in its database. After this, an advertisement will be issued for those candidates who have not yet appeared in the BPSC examination. This advertisement will be for those candidates who have given the exam or are going to give the exam. After this, the candidates will have to go to the commission’s site and upload all the documents including their educational qualification. Once the documents are uploaded on the BPSC site, there will be no chance to correct them. After uploading the data, they will be given a unique number. The BPSC master database will be prepared on the basis of the personal details of the candidates.

How will this benefit the candidates

BPSC Chairman said that many times candidates have to face a lot of difficulty in filling the form. They will not have to upload documents related to their educational qualification again and again. The unique number given by BPSC can be used in all the examinations conducted by the commission. They will only have to select the exam while filling the form. BPSC Chairman said that BPSC is doing this work to prevent malpractices in the examination. Work is going on on this on a war footing. It will be implemented soon. This will also make it easier for the candidates to fill the form. BPSC will also have a database of these candidates ready.

57 cases of fraud in TRE 3 came to light

BPSC Chairman said that the reforms that were made in the teacher recruitment exam and the rules that were implemented will also be applicable in the upcoming exam. The commission is making many reforms in the upcoming exams to prevent any kind of malpractice in the exam. 57 cases of cheating came to light in the teacher recruitment exam (TRE 3). In this, many candidates were giving the exam by sitting in place of others. They were caught during biometric testing.
