The second phase of caste enumeration in Bihar is starting from Saturday i.e. today. It is being inaugurated with the caste census of Chief Minister Nitish Kumar in Bakhtiyarpur. This enumeration will continue till May 15 in all the districts of Bihar. In this, enumerators and supervisors will go door-to-door to collect information related to their caste, religion, educational qualification, occupation and income.
so many questions will be asked
A total of 17 questions will be asked to the people. In these 17 questions full name of family member, name of father or husband, relation to head of family, age, gender, marital status, religion, caste name, educational qualification, residential status, computer, motor vehicle, agriculture, land, residential Land monthly income related questions will be asked. The District Magistrate of each district is monitoring the caste census. He has been made its nodal officer. The District Magistrate will review it daily. So that the second page of caste census can be completed within 30 days. Please tell that in the first phase the houses of the people were counted. In this the enumerators were going door to door counting the number of houses, family and members. On the basis of this data, the second phase is being counted. Here the administration has appealed to the people that a family should get their count done at one place. If someone has counted in two places, then their counting will be cancelled.
Chief Minister left for Bakhtiyarpur
The Chief Minister left for Bakhtiyarpur. Earlier, he told reporters that I am going to my home (Bakhtiyarpur) for caste enumeration. I was born there. My brother and family are over there. That’s where the calculation work will take place.
