The CBI team reached the residence of former Chief Minister Rabri Devi, wife of former Chief Minister and former Railway Minister Lalu Prasad Yadav, National President of Rashtriya Janata Dal, on Monday morning. After questioning Rabri Devi for about five hours, the team came out of Rabri residence. The CBI officials tried to interact with the media, but they did not respond and left.
The team is probing the land-in-exchange job case. In this case, 14 people including Lalu Prasad Yadav, Rabri Devi and her daughter Misa Bharti are accused. 15 March Lalu Prasad, his wife Rabri Devi and daughter Misa Bharti have been asked to appear in the court. When the team reached, Rabri Devi was preparing to go to the Legislative Council.
In this matter, the Deputy CM said that the CBI team interrogated Rabri residence. Tejashwi Yadav said that we had left. After this it came to know that the CBI team has reached. Told that former Chief Minister of Bihar Rabri Devi has to be questioned in the case of job in exchange of land. Look, we are sure. CBI, ED and Income Tax keep coming every month. This process will continue till 2024. It didn’t matter to us. When someone has not done wrong, then we are not worried about it.
