According to the information, the injured woman has been identified as a resident of Chhoudahi police station area. Regarding the incident, it is being told that the victim was going to the bahiyar located next to the village for defecation with some women of her locality. During this time, two criminals saw the woman alone and started raping her. When the woman opposed the rape, the criminals got angry and slit her throat with a sharp weapon.
Here, the husband of the injured woman said that we had gone to the market to buy vegetables. He said that when his wife did not return home for a long time, he went to the outskirts to look for her. Then he heard a groaning sound from the outskirts. When I reached the outskirts in a hurry, I saw that one of the two criminals was slitting her throat with a sharp weapon, while the other was watching. As soon as they saw me, both the criminals fled from the spot.
He told that first the criminals raped her. When she protested against the rape, the criminals got angry and tried to kill her by slitting her throat. He told that after that she was picked up from that place in an injured state and admitted to Sadar Hospital in Begusarai for treatment, where she is undergoing treatment. At present, the family informed the Chhoudahi police station about this incident. On receiving the information, the Chhoudahi police station reached the spot and started investigating the entire case.
