There was a sensation in the area after the dead body of a youth was found on the roadside in Nalanda, Bihar on Friday. The matter is near Chhachu Bigha of Giriyak Shahpur main road of Katrisarai police station area. The deceased has been identified as Sandeep Kumar (24), son of Heera Yadav, resident of Mazhanpur village of Mufassil police station area of ​​Nawada district.

Sudhir, the cousin of the deceased, told that his brother Sandeep Kumar had left the house saying that he was going to see the fair. Met some friends in Giriyak market. After this he told those friends that he would return after seeing the fair. At around 2:00 in the night he called and said that he was being assaulted. After this the phone got disconnected.

Sudhir told that after that he along with three-four boys of the village reached Chhachu Vigha at night to search for him, where Sandeep was nowhere to be found. The phone was also switching off. After that, information about the incident was received by the local police on Friday morning. After receiving the information, they reached the spot, where they saw that Sandeep had been brutally murdered. Hands and legs have been broken. Injuries from sticks are visible on the body. They do not know the reasons for which the murder was committed.

Sandeep Kumar was the eldest among three brothers. While he has an elder sister. He was studying Graduation Part 2. He had enrolled himself in Maa Ashapuri College Ghoshrama. At the same time, there is chaos among the family members after this incident. A fair was organized at Sai Dham located in Chhachu Vigha.

Rajgir DSP Pradeep Kumar said that information was received from the villagers that the dead body of a young man was lying on the paved road leading to Darveshpur located in Chhachu Bigha. After receiving the information, immediate action was taken and the incident site was inspected by Police Station Head Katrisarai and Circle Inspector Giriyak. From where the deceased youth was identified as a resident of Nawada from the Aadhar card found near him. After this the family members of the deceased were informed about the incident. Initial inquiry has revealed that the murder was a love affair. The body has been taken into custody, post-mortem done and handed over to the relatives. Further action will be taken upon receipt of the application. At present the police is investigating at all points. The youth’s mobile is also missing.
