Bihar: First RJD Mla raped, then got Ias done too… Case Filed Against Ias Officer And Former Mla For Exploitation Of Woman

The woman herself is a lawyer, so she continued the fight. The police who were not listening to her, had to investigate and accept that the then MLA and senior IAS were present in the hotel where the woman spoke of rape. Now Danapur ACJM Court has ordered registration of FIR on both.

Exploitation continued from 2016 to 2018, openly opened the front in 2021
The preliminary investigation report of the police confirmed that IAS officers Sanjeev Hans and Gulab Yadav were present with the victim in a hotel in Delhi on the date and time as detailed by the woman in the court. Finally in 2021, the woman opened the front on the exploitation going on since 2017. Now the Danapur court has ordered to register a case against the former MLA and senior IAS officer of the state in Rupaspur police station of Patna. This order was given by ACGM Naveen Kumar Srivastava of Danapur Civil Court on Saturday on a petition filed by a woman lawyer of Allahabad High Court. The woman lawyer alleges that between 2016 and 2018, both of them committed heinous acts. The victim has said in the petition that in February 2016, she came to a senior lawyer living in Gardanibagh, Patna. It was here that he was introduced to Gulab Yadav, who was then the RJD MLA from Jhanjharpur. Ruling party MLA Gulab had tricked the woman lawyer into making her a member of the State Women’s Commission. According to the woman, she had taken the bio-data to Gulab’s residence. He tried to rape her in the house. Raped on the force of pistol on protesting. When preparing to file a case against the MLA, he filled his demand with vermilion and said that both are husband and wife. Then Gulab called him to Pune. Said that he is divorced from his first wife and his papers are with him.

Allegation- Introduced to IAS, then drugged and gangraped
On 8 July 2017, she went to the hotel in Pune. There the MLA introduced senior IAS officer Sanjeev Hans. Then both of them made obscene videos while gang-raping after feeding them drugs during lunch. Blackmailing continued by sending videos on mobile. Meanwhile, the woman informed Gulab Yadav about being pregnant. Later, in October 2017, Gulab got the victim admitted in judicial classes in Delhi. However, Gulab always used to threaten to make the video viral. Raped on 13 February 2018 at Ashoka Hotel in Delhi, on 14 February at Park Avenue Hotel in Delhi and on 27 March 2018 at Le Meridien. According to the woman, Sanjeev also lived with Gulab. According to the petition, both the MLA and the IAS used to get abortions and death threats. On 25 October 1018 the woman gave birth to a son. When Gulab was informed, he said that this is not his son. Seeing all the roads closed, the woman kept the whole thing through the media in 2021, although even then it was of no use. Now she also wants to get the son’s DNA test done, so that it can be proved who is his father?
