Bihar: In Bhagalpur, a miscreant shot a young man for not moving out of the way

In a dispute over moving out of the way in Bhagalpur, miscreants first thrashed a young man and then started firing in which a young man was injured. The case pertains to Dildarpur Bindtoli of Lalmatiya police station area. Two people are injured in this incident, in which one person is undergoing treatment at Mayaganj Hospital. The local people informed the local police about the incident. As soon as the incident was reported, the local police reached the spot and got involved in the investigation.

Regarding the incident, eyewitnesses say that Nandkishore Mandal, a resident of Dildarpur Bindtoli, was returning home after loading vegetables on an e-rickshaw from his farm. Then as soon as he came near the house, the scooty rider Meghe Yadav alias Meghwa, present on the Champanagar-Narga Bhagalpur main road, asked him to move out of the way. When Nandkishore Mandal expressed his inability to side e-rickshaw, they started abusing Nandkishore. In this sequence, the accused went away threatening to shoot Nandkishore.

Shortly after, the accused youth returned with his companions and started fighting with Nandkishore. Meanwhile, the accused youth fired at Nandkishore, in which local youth Govind Kumar was injured due to the splinter of the bullet. In a hurry, the local people took Govind to Mayaganj Hospital. Chunchun Yadav, who was going to see the fair, was also injured in this incident.
The relatives went to the house of the accused and complained
Sikandar Mandal, the family of the injured, says that there was a scuffle with the scooty rider Megha Yadav alias Meghwa for moving out of the way. After this we went to Megha Yadav’s house and complained about her and then returned to our home. After some time, Meghwa along with his companions reached his house with sticks and rods and started fighting. In this sequence, he also fired two rounds in which Govind was injured.
Who is Megha Yadav
It is said that Maghya Yadav is an old scoundrel of that area. He has come out of jail only a few days back. He is absconding after the incident. At present, Lalmatiya and University police are camping at the spot.
what do doctors say According to family members, the doctor who was treating Govind at Dr. Mayaganj Hospital told that Govind had bullet wounds in his head, due to which he was injured. At present his condition is fine.

Regarding the incident, City DSP Ajay Kumar Chaudhary says that no incident like shelling has happened. There was a dispute between the scooty and the e-rickshaw driver about the side in which the two sides clashed. Meanwhile, the scooty driver along with his companions started fighting. In this sequence, a young man passing by was injured. Presently he is undergoing treatment at Mayaganj Hospital.
