In Bihar’s Baranti OP area of ​​Vaishali, a neighbor killed a Class IX student by throwing a stone on a railway line. He had set out with his cousin on his way home from school. But on the way his neighbor caught him and started taking him away beating him. When his cousin opposed this, the accused assaulted him and took the student and beat him to death. The deceased student has been identified as Nitish Kumar (15), son of Mithlesh Rai.

According to the information, Nitish Kumar used to study in Ramnandan High School, Bidupur. On Friday he went to school with his cousin. When he was returning home after vacation. At the same time, his neighbor Arun Rai’s son Aman and two other students surrounded him and started thrashing him. The accused brutally beat Nitish with belt and rods. Then he was thrown on a big stone lying in the pit, due to which he died. The accused had already threatened to kill both the sons.

Mithilesh Rai, the father of the deceased, told that there was a dispute over playing the song in Saraswati Puja. At that time he had threatened to kill. He told that Aman Kumar alias Golu, son of Arun Rai of the neighborhood and his other accomplices together killed his son.

Mithilesh Rai told that on the day of Saraswati Puja, at four o’clock in the evening, the liquor trader of the neighborhood came drunk. After Saraswati Puja people were playing Baja. Then the accused Arun Rai refused to play the instrument, then the organizer called the police by calling dial 112. After this the police asked for the permission letter for Saraswati Puja. When the organizer showed the permission letter, the police had returned. A dispute broke out between the two regarding this. In that, the accused Arun Rai had also threatened to kill both the sons of Mithilesh. However, no written complaint was filed by the aggrieved party in the police station regarding this incident.

Baranti OP President Archana Kumari said that the Fard statement of the father of the deceased has been recorded. A case has been registered against three people named and two unknown. After registering the FIR, the police is probing the murder case.
